Poster Guidelines

Poster dimensions:      A0 portrait format,
                                     width:   84.1 cm/33.1 inch
                                     height: 118.9 cm/46.8 inch

Please print your poster before traveling to the conference. There is no poster plotter available on site during the conference.

Portrait posters with 36 inch width and 48 inch height, as typically used in the US, will also work.

We kindly ask you to include title and authors on your poster as provided in the abstract in order to help others to find your research quickly.

Poster schedule             

The posters have been allocated to 3 poster sessions. Please take a look at the Scientific Program, in case you are unsure which poster session your poster has been allocated to.

Installing and taking down posters

You may mount your poster during lunch break on the day of your presentation. Please remove your poster before lunch break on the next day.

Poster award ceremony

Poster awards will be handed over during the closing ceremony on Friday. Note that the awards are handed over only to winners, who attend the ceremony. Awarded posters will be selected by a jury during the poster sessions.
